PVC Deep Sink Evaporative Cooling Pad is an integrated self-circulating cooling pad, upgraded from traditional split-type and shallow water tank cooling pads. It adopts one-piece thickened UV-resistant PVC deep water tank combined with cooling pad medium, specially designed for livestock farms, greenhouses and industrial plants.

Made of anti-aging, low-temperature resistant virgin PVC material, the integral frame and deep bottom water tank feature strong acid & alkali resistance, ammonia corrosion resistance and rust-free performance. With an enclosed deep water tank structure, it integrates water storage, filtration and circulating water supply system. No civil water pool or external submersible pump is required on site, cutting construction cost and shortening installation period greatly.

The deep water tank realizes stable water pressure and uniform water distribution across the entire cooling pad, avoiding dry spots and uneven water flow to maintain lasting cooling efficiency. The closed tank isolates dust and impurities, effectively reducing limescale and algae growth, perfectly adapting high-hardness water areas in the Middle East and mountain breeding farms.
