Developed independently by Malido team, MLD-FRP 55 inch Direct Driven Cone Fan is a large-size heavy-duty exhaust fan customized for global livestock breeding ventilation systems, with upgraded corrosion resistance and optimized aerodynamic structure to adapt to high-humidity, ammonia-rich and high-salinity harsh breeding environments worldwide.

Different from ordinary metal ventilation fans, the fan adopts full fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) overall body, featuring outstanding anti-corrosion, anti-oxidation and acid-alkali resistant performance. It can effectively resist erosion from manure gas, moisture and corrosive gas inside poultry and pig houses, avoiding rust, deformation and aging of traditional metal fans fundamentally. Equipped with high-efficiency direct-drive motor, the fan cancels traditional belt transmission structure completely, eliminating hidden troubles of belt slipping, abrasion, fracture and regular replacement, realizing full maintenance-free operation and cutting post-operation maintenance labor and spare parts costs for farms.

It is fitted with durable PVC plastic shutters with smooth opening and closing, which can block outside dust, wind and rain effectively when the fan stops working. The fan blades are made of high-strength fiber composite materials with scientific aerodynamic angle design, delivering powerful and stable air volume while reducing wind resistance greatly. The fan runs efficiently and stably under negative pressure within 75Pa, perfectly matching standard negative pressure ventilation systems of modern breeding houses. With professional material selection and structural reinforcement, its designed service life reaches 10 to 20 years, far exceeding ordinary industrial cone fans.
