Phenolic resin is the core raw material for the production of paper evaporative cooling pads, which directly determines the performance and service life of cooling pads. Aiming at the core needs of cooling pad production, Malido has custom-developed high-quality phenolic resin. Through formula optimization and process upgrading, it balances multiple core properties such as water resistance, curing, water absorption and durability, perfectly adapting to various cooling pad production scenarios. It helps to create high-quality export cooling pad products and meet the application needs of different climate zones around the world.
Malido custom phenolic resin has been adjusted with an exclusive formula, which can ensure the dual effects of high-performance water resistance and rapid curing of paper. The resin can quickly penetrate the paper fibers and form a dense protective layer after curing, effectively blocking the damage of moisture to the paper structure and avoiding softening and deformation of cooling pads in long-term high-humidity and immersion environments. At the same time, it does not affect the water absorption of the paper itself, enabling cooling pads to resist moisture erosion while quickly absorbing and locking water, providing sufficient guarantee for evaporative cooling.
Relying on the excellent performance of high-quality phenolic resin, the structural strength and durability of cooling pads can be greatly improved, fundamentally solving the pain points of easy collapse, deformation and damage of cooling pads during use. After curing, the resin is closely combined with paper fibers to form a stable support structure, so that the cooling pad can maintain a regular honeycomb structure under long-term use, external extrusion and air flow impact, without collapse or delamination. It effectively extends the service life of cooling pads, far exceeding that of cooling pads produced with ordinary resins in the industry.
